The workspace brings together leads, CSV contact import, appointments, jobs and a Morning Brief. Business chat assistant availability depends on workspace setup and verification. Google Calendar read-sync requires a verified connection. Email follow-up requires configuration and launch verification; imported contacts are excluded from automatic outreach.
Will Backbone answer my calls or send invoices?
Not in this release. The AI receptionist, Owner Direct Line, customer quotes and invoice sending are planned. Voice minutes, SMS, social posting and marketing extensions listed in the roadmap are unavailable now. No delivery date is promised.
How does joining work?
The early paid offer is Starter at $299 USD per month, plus applicable tax. Pro and Agency are coming soon and unavailable for purchase. New and restarted subscriptions have no automatic discount or free trial. Public checkout opens only after billing and the advertised product are ready. Verify your email and review the exact terms before paying.
Can I cancel?
You can manage your subscription in the billing portal and cancel at the end of your billing period. There is no cancellation fee. Review the renewal date and amount shown at checkout.
Is Backbone a fit for my business?
We are starting with solo operators and small plumbing, HVAC and electrical businesses in the US. Pricing is in USD and your workspace uses your business time zone. Tell us about a different trade or country before joining so we can check the fit.
